Indications : ESOMEPRAZOLE I.V. for Injection is indicated for the short-term treatment (up to 10 days) of GERD patients with a history of erosive esophagitis as an alternative to oral therapy in patients when therapy with ESOMEPRAZOLE Delayed-Release Capsules is not possible or appropriate. When oral therapy is possible or appropriate, intravenous therapy with ESOMEPRAZOLE I.V. for Injection should be discontinued and the therapy should be continued orally.

Prophylaxis of acid aspiration.
In patients who are unable to take oral therapy for the shortterm treatment (up to 5 days) of reflux oesophagitis, duodenal and benign gastric ulcers, including those complicating NSAID therapy e.g. perioperative use.

IRON SUCROSE INJECTION USP 100 mg/ 5ml
Indications : Iron Sucrose Injection USP is indicated for the treatment of iron deficiency in the following indications:
* Where there is a clinical need for a rapid iron supply,
* In patients who cannot tolerate oral iron therapy or who are non-compliant,
* In active inflammatory bowel disease where oral iron preparations are ineffective.
Iron Sucrose Injection USP should only be administered where the indication is confirmed by appropriate investigations (e.g. Hb, serum ferritin, serum iron).

PIRACETAM INJECTION – 200 mg/ml
Piracetam, solution for injection is used in cases of severe brain diseases: cerebro-cranial trauma in acute stage, comatose states, ischemic stroke, acute psychic disturbances due to intoxications, alcohol delirium. Piracetam tablets are used in cerebro-vascular disease; degenerative cortical dementia (Alzheimer’s disease); senile psychoorganic syndrome (“aging brain”); cortical myoclonia; dyslexia of vascular and other origin; vestibulopathies; protection of the nervous tissue in a brain hypoxia; postoperative deliriums.
L-Orinithine L-Aspartate Infusion Concentrate 5 gm/10 ml
Indications : For the treatment of hyperammonemia as a result of acute and chronic liver diseases such as liver cirrhosis, fatty liver, hepatitis; especially for the treatment of incipient disturbances of consciousness (pre-coma) or neurological complications (hepatic encephalopathy). This application form of L-Ornithine L-Aspartate infusion concentrate is especially effective in severe cases of liver disease. As ornithine aspartate exerts its action in the metabolic cycles of the liver, elevated blood ammonia levels are rapidly lowered. The capacity of detoxification, particularly of the urea cycle, is enhanced.
